tune up

what spark plugs and wires are you guys using? doing tune up soon and want somthing that has proven to woirk good on these motors\? thank you

Depends on the application. NGK TR55 plugs are very common for all motor cars. Alot of people run the factory AC Delco platinums. For wires, MSD 8.5's are very popular. Alot of people also liek the Taylor wires.
NGK plugs and MSD Wires are my vote.

I would say more people are running the Taylors. A guy at a local speed shop said that the 8mm Taylors were better than the 8.5mm MSD.

Can't go wrong with a set of OEM plugs and wires. Its not like you are going to get a 15 horse with just plugs and wires if the rest of the engine is stock.

i am not trying to get any horses , but if that comes with tune up so be it. what im tryign to do is go with what has worked for other people. well thanks guys i will try the taylor 8mm this time and see how they go. thansk again
