Trans help PLEASE
 

ok here we go, whenim in fourth, my RPMS sem to stick, if i hit the gas a little harer they will move but it will feel real rough, like the car is about to fall apart, and when the RPMS come down it feels real rough to. Anyone have any ideas? I have an a4 trans

Maybe you have a miss in the engine that is causing this? Not understanding your description real well.

my car shakes alot in 4th gear, and when its coming back down, the rpms stick at 1500 or 2000

Misses can be more apparent when the rpms are low and there is a load like in OD. I would get the car on a scanner to see if anything shows up.
