timmimg key help
 

ok the timming key i have for my timming gear is a full key not the half key .should i just cut my key or go to chevy and get one from them

It's your call. You could stick the key in, install the gear, mark the key, then pull it all back out to cut it or just buy a key.

i did not know if cutting it would make it softer and brake one day so if cutting it is ok then that is what i will do thanks
