Timing chain cover

Can i remove my timing chain cover without messing up the oil pan gasket?

Good chance you'll rip the front of your oil pan gasket as the timing chain cover has a metal lip that overlaps the oil pan.

Just drop the front of the pan alittle bit and be careful. You might want to have a spare oil pan gasket for when you rip the old one.
