hey i have a tick. the egr pipe was busted in half so i got a new one and installed it. and the gaskets on the header where recently replaced and checked 4 times without them being loose in a 3 week peirod. what could it be.. it gets louder when the revs get up and sounds like it is comming from near the dash. help me please

 

My ticking was from a cracked spark plug wire (Arcing spark was ticking)

 

Make sure your spark plugs are tight.
