Okay... looking in the engine bay, on the right side of the throttle body, there are two cables. Now... the main, thicker, throttle cable, closest to the throttle body works correctly. But I noticed what may be a problem with the thinner cable, furthest to the right. It doesn't move. ONly the black sheeth moves. I can should it inside easily, but once the gas is hit, it stays WOT. Is this normal? Someone walk outside and check their car for me please, lol. Could this be a problem and why? What is this cable for?

I might be wrong, but that is your cruise cable. It will not move until the cruise is set. I just re-installed mine last night and noticed the same thing.

 

Ahhh, that's right. Thanks man. It just looked weird. But now it makes sense.
