Injuneer, TCS removal?

A friend of mine has a 97 TA and asked if he could remove his Traction Control System completely. I didn't want to give him an answer without knowing. What do you guys think?

I am not positive, i haven't attempted it yet. But i think if the motor (that sits above the valve covers) is removed and the wiring, then it should work. But, you might have to get the computer reprogrammed for the deleted TCS. You could ask Brian Herter at pcmforless.com. He should be able to tell you about the computer portion of it. Good luck. Let me know if you find out.
