TB problems help

Ok me and my bud put on a new throttle body to on my 1993 formula today and everything was fine until I give it gas and the it sticks open a little till you pop the hood and push the return back.Any suggestion guys Im killing my brakes at the red lights. :confused:

just double check the linkage to see if anything is blocking it from movement. Also spary carb cleaner on the return spring.
