Tapping noise under low throttle
 

Whenever im driving regularly and shifting around 2k I can hear my engine making a slight tapping kinda sound. It doesnt do it when idling or at WOT. Engine only has 59k on it, runs very strong, but could I problems? Cant tell if my friends LT1 does it cause he has loudmouth and I cant hear anything besides exhaust.:confused:

our fuel injectors do make a slight tap sound
i hear mine usually when im cruzin around town about 30 to 40 mph
if your dont want to hear them do what i do
dont drive normal

Thanks alot...I dont necessarily mind the noise just concerned as my friends 5.0 made a similar noice and eventually blew up after he sold it a couple months later. Glad to see im not the only one and not to worry.
