TA headlight question...

Guys my TA headlights always worked great till I got it back from the body shop about 6 weeks or so ago. Well now the pass side headlight sometimes sticks, so I adjust the little *** thing under the hood and it'll work for a bit and then I have to adjust it some more, its really getting annoying any suggestions for making it work for GOOD?!?!?

most likely the gear is stripped. But until you get it fixed, when you turn the lights on, and if only 1 light goes up, just turn the lights down, and bring them back up. repeat if necessary. works for me to get the other light up

just make sure its not bent, and any part of it is rubbing anything...

other than that... i would say gears, or a dieing motor

I guess I'm gonna have to get a new motor next week definately no fun...I have tried the manual adjustment probably half a dozen times and nothing...I guess fixing the motor fixes the gears too?

Do a search for Brent Franker's metal headlight gears before you buy a new motor. The brass gears are very easy to install.
