Stuck in 4th gear
 

After Ive been driving the car for a while, mostly when im driving hard, if I stay in 4th for a longer period of time, say a couple miles, when I slow down and go to shift out of 4th its stuck, and when you push it forward it feels like grinding, but doesnt make the noise, Im guessing a bad synchro, or its the bent 3/4 fork.
