Strut Tower Bar

Just wondering if there are any diffrences between a regular strait 1 bar stb or the 3 point ones. (proformance wise)

The only concern about the 3 point one I've seen is that the area where you drill and bolt the center part to was not at all designed for that type of weight bearing. It's just thin sheet metal.

Check out BMR www.bmrfabrication.com They're pretty cheap as these things go, bullet proof, and you get several choices of powder coated colors.

I have a 3 point bar but I don,t bolt up the 3rd point.
I don,t think it would do much even if I did.

The pinch weld that you bolt to is very strong. The forces that are placed there by the bar is not as much a up and down force as a lateral force. I did this years ago on 2 of my 2nd gen's. The firewall is one of the strongest frame pieces on the car. It won't hurt and (despite rumors to the contrary) won't break your windshield. I only use a two point attachment because the class I run in won't allow a firewall attachment.
