it is chipped in like 8 places.
I have another stock rear from a 97, tried puttin it in, got to where i removed the broken rear, and when i tried to take the axle shafts out of the new stock rear, i stripeed the head on the bolt that holds in that huge pin
Well, i can't get that sucka out, here's a pic of what my garage looks like

So, i think i'll just go ahead and order a strange 12 bolt, because i hear it is plug and play, no midificationss. Is this true?? Can i just get the strange 12 bolt, and thriw it in the way my stock rear would go in??? Thanks, thats my real question. Oh yeah, i want ABS and i don't have traction control, i need it with a reluctor ring.

Yes, the Strange 12-bolt is plug in and play. There are a few little things like enlarging the slots on both sway bar mounts so you can roll the sway bar down so it will clear the preload studs on the rear cover(only if you decide to opt for the TA cover), install a spacer on the brake line T-block to mount it on the side of the center section, install crossover u-joint on the stock DS(must press out old one and press in new one), splice the ABS wires, and get your spedo re-calibrated if your going to use different gears. Other than that it is pretty straight forward. It is already filled with fluid and they give you brake-in instructions. It also comes with the backing plates for your brakes. Just tell whoever you buy it from that you have 3 channel ABS and Strange will build it accordingly. It comes unpainted so you'll have to get a good quality paint for it so your investment doesn't rust like the 10-bolt POS.
