Hey all,

Have the motor yanked out of my truck and am installing the LT4 conversion, can't wait to get it all back together!!

I got to wondering about the stock oil cooler, is it worthy to keep around, have heard some people complain of reduced oil pressure, if so, should I port it a little?

If it isn't worthy, should I go w/ an after market oil cooler?

I wouldn't even put it back in. It can get in the way for header installs and needs to be removed anyway. It's also lack-luster in it's design and efficiency.
