Will 400rwhp, revving to 6200-6500 rpm on a stock LT1 bottom end with 90k miles on it, will it throw a rod or anything like that quickly? so long as you dont redline it every time you pull out and generally rag it or hit the rev limiter, will it last? Opinions welcome - thanks!

I just did a heads cam combo on my car and screwed up something in the bottom end after only 200 miles. I had only pulled it to 6400 a few times. My car had 105000 miles on it though. A lot of people get away with it. I didn't.
