What is the size and length of the stock exhaust manifold bolts? Are all of them the same length? Are these bolts the same size and length as the bolts that fit the exhaust manifolds on the iron headed lt1's for the impala's?

3/8-16 is the thread size and pitch. They are not all the same length. Some are 1 3/16 long. Some use spacers and some have studs on them. I have no idea if the b-body bolts are the same.
