SSBrake Calipers

Has anyone here used their brake kits that fit on oem LT1 camaros, Im having trouble finding a 17 or 18 inch wheels for my car(95 Z28) that I like, their either too plain or way too expensive, I wanted to go with the Baer Brakes and a bigger wheel, but may have to settle for a better set of calipers that fit my OEM rotors.

Calling them and giving them your application and intended use is best.

Why put a better caliper on when you're still talking about the same ****ty undersuzed rotor. Your brakes will still heat up and fade away just as quick, and I doubt single stop performance would be improved that much, still dealing with the same size rotor, and likely a not much bigger pad.

IMO your best bet is to upgrade to C5 front brakes, it's a 12 inch rotor and the same PBR caliper that Baer uses on their lower end kits (about the same size rotor as well). With all the required brackets and parts, it ends up being 750-850$ or so, a bargain for such better brakes.
