Squeaky alternator pulley?

My alternator pulley is squeaking something fierce lately, REALLY loud. It's quiet on a cold start, but as soon as the engine bay warms up it gets loud. I'm positive it's not the belt or other pulleys because I can turn the pulley on it by hand and hear the squeak.

Is there any way I can lube it up/salvage this alternator, or am I going to need a new one to fix this ultra annoying squeak?

take it to a starter/alt. shop and have the brg replaced, they can check everything too and see if its needs to be rebuilt.

The plastic fan is scraping the front aluminum housing. This happens because the front bearing (that captures the main shaft) has partially walked rearward within the front housing and now the fan scrapes. I have had this happen.

I had to add weld some filler to the front housing area (that captures the bearing) to "tighten" up the front bearing so it fits tight enough to not walk and all is well. Bearing replacement will do Nada.
