Anyone running that combo, the TA that doesnt use the stock mount.

Really worried about ground clearence, so i rather get the cross brace for non LT cars if possible, the pacesetter Y is set up a little different that the mufflex, so it may work, and i can always message it a little if needed.

A picture would be ideal if you have it, or your experieces...

 

I'm running that set-up. Speed Inc. installed the headers and did some other things for me about a month ago. We didn't have to switch out the cross-brace for the TA. The Y pipe fit no problem. Speed did have to put an hours labor into the Y pipe to make it work on the car but it wasn't because of the TA.

 

So you are using the standard flat cross brace, not the one with the bend in it for longtubes? You dont happen to have any pics do you?

 

Yep, using the standard cross-brace with my 3'' exhaust. I believe you only need the one one with the bend in it if your running a 3 1/2 or 4 inch exhaust. Larry at Speed said they would shim my cross-brace if they needed more room, which they didn't.
