Is the drive and driven gears located where the speedo sensor plugs into,im checking it out right now and im about to fix my speedo due to my gear change, if it is located in the same place, then what all needs to come out so i can change the gears?

 

Think so, but I have heard different stories about speedo correction on 1993s. So you better get input from some 1993 folk.

 

Im about to go take it off anyways, i believe that is where my mechanic said they were located, but he said the driveshaft would have to come off, it doesnt look like it would have to, but sometimes id rather listen to this site instead of him
