Isn't it just a resistor? and we'll it really work? and if it is just a resistor can't i make one and how?

QUICK FACTS:

THIS IS A RESISTOR

I wouldn't recommend this. Tricking the PCM instead or programming it can lead to other area being confused and give you problems.
