Question SLP Y-Pipe

I have chance to get an SLP Y-Pipe (new unused) from someone at a good price. What I'm wondering is will this Y-Pipe bolt up to headers if I choose to go that route at a later time? I'm guessing this Y-Pipe is very similar to the one used in conjunction with the SLP shortys so would it bolt up to a pair of SLP shortys?

Thanks

Re: SLP Y-Pipe

I don't see what year car you have, but I had a 1993-1995 one and when I got slp's mids I had to sell it. It did help, as when I compared it to the stock piece it had no crimps in the bends and it was larger diameter. A worth while mod if you don't want to do headers yet or ever.
Hope this helps

Sorry, forgot to put the info. My car is 1995 Z28 vert, does SLP make shortys for our years or is all they have are the mid length headers? Cause I thought the SLP header package came with the exact same Y-Pipe.
