skocks and springs
shocks and springs
I'm really interested in getting the level one suspension kit sold by slp for my 95 z-28 m6 (eibach springs and blisten shocks along with some other suspension parts)ITs the suspension kit thats on the ss's. The only thing holding me back is i don't really know how low my car will be. It says on the website that it will lower my car 1.25 in. Will i be bottoming out all the time on speed bumps and going into gas stations?
I was wondering if any one has used it and how they felt about it? Thanks for any help you can give me

I didn't get the kit from SLP, however, I bought the Eibach's. They lowered my front over 1.5", which gave me fits with my front shocks- kept blowing them out, not stiff enough. I had to order me a new set of Strano's revalved bilsteins if I wanted any sort of performance out of my front. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't have gotten the Eibachs, but since they're already on and I know what a difference they make, I decided to spend the money on the right shocks. Live and learn.
I'm replacing the shocks and springs at the same time so i think i'll be ok, but thanks I really would like to hear from someone with this set up.
Also do i need to get my alighnment checked after putting in this kit?

I have the Eibach Pro Kit and they lower 1.25" and i got the Bilsteins as well, the ride is not too rough. I only have this annoying sound in right rear that sounds like its bottoming out but i think it's just the axle hitting the bump stop. You can check my pics to see how low it is. My Z
