Yet no luck with a search.

I have the 93 setup, with the single wire O2. I'm in the process of converting over to the heated O2 sensors, using THIS schematic. My question is this:

Given that my single wire O2 harness' are good, can I just splice that harness into the new 4 wire harness??? I.E. can I simple re-use the stock style connection so I don't have to splice into the factory wiring harness, since there's not much room to work up there under the car. So instead of the one spliced connection, there would be essentially the stock weather pack connection, then the 4 wire harness connected to the O2 side of that.

Car O2 weatherpack connector + original 1 wire O2 weather pack connector single wire + 4 wire O2 harness spliced in.

That be ok?? Now that I've sufficiently confused everyone.
