What should the minimum length be of the tips. A buddy of mine got a Magnaflow muffler and needs tips now. He has been looking at Borla tips that are the single out type.One is 6" long and the other is 9" long.Thanks

I think he's just going to get some chrome stock tips now. But which one does he need. The 2.25 offset or the 2.5 center. He has a flowmaster on his car right now with those big slash tips if that helps at all.

Just make sure they get the stainless steel tips, there is nothing worse than seeing rusted exhaust tips on an F-body. Rusted tips = Redneck. I think the best size is just past the rear bumper, just enough so it doesn't blacken the bumper but not to far where you hit it when you walk behind it.
