should i do it for the heck of it??

this is the story . my 94z has had a high rpm miss for about 9 month now so i ordered new coil, plugs, wires and opti.
when im in the proccess i saw that the stock coil was rusted and very corroded and plug wires too.

now my question is should i still change the opti or is it worth the effort?
i took the fans and water pump out so i guess all i have to do is take pulley out and opti.
so??

also anyone has a tip on taking the pulley out?? or loosen the belt?
ive never gone so far in my life thanks.

If you have the opti in your posession, and have never changed it... then why not? It is bound to screw up sooner or later, at least now you will basically have a whole new ignition.

Change on thing at a time, and figure out what was the problem. I wouldnt blow money on an opti I dont need. The opti could last forever, you just never know, but dont blow the cash on it if it isnt needed.
