shifters

I had a B&m ripper in my last camaro and was pleased with it but I like the look of the Hurst better. Has anyone had experience with these two shifters and let me know which one performs better.

Thanks

I drove my friends car that had a b&m ripper and it felt pretty good until just last week we put in a pro 5.0 and man what a difference. Smoother, shorter shifts.

It felt like a completely different car.

I have a pro 5.0 too, but it came on the car so I never got to compare it with anything else.

Pro 5.0

Never had any experience with a hurst.

I ran a Hurst shifter for 40K miles; big improvement over stock. I recently switched to a Pro 5.0 based on all the hype. I like the fact that the handle is shorter (I put a Lou's short stick on it), but it takes more force to get it in gear.
