Rubber Elbow

My elbow is all ripped up so instead of replacing it with the stock one, which one should I purchase. I want to know will I face any clearance issues as far as my Moroso cai, Granatelli MAF,and bbk 52mm throttle body. I have been looking at the Trick Flow elbow, what do u guys think?

Re: Rubber Elbow

Trick Flow if you don't want a rubber one and have the extra $ to spend. If you don't care about it better rubber get a 1LE elbow without the hole for the donkeydong.

Re: Rubber Elbow

I have a trick flow and a moroso CAI, it fit perfect with a little trimming of the rubber connector between the Elbow and MAF. Just used a razor it was easy.

Re: Rubber Elbow

Agreed, the Trickflow fits pretty well with a little trimming. I am using it along with my Moroso CAI.

Re: Rubber Elbow

I have heard of these stock elbows tearing a lot.

How does it happen?

Re: Rubber Elbow

yeah mine is all torn up, just were you hook it up to the throttle body. You guys think this can cause some loss in power?

Not only a loss of power but it can cause misfire and stumbling problems. You might want to replace it soon if its in that bad of shape. $50ish for a 1le and $90ish for the trickflow if I recall correctly.
