what are the normal rpms on the highway in an auto. thanks

4500 rpms if you are driving it like you should.

At 65mph they should be around 2000rpms depending on the gears, thats 4th gear and convertor locked which it should be by highway cruise speed.

70MPH around 2200 RPMs(OD).....
