rich plugs, can I clean them?
Pulled my plugs today, they are covered in black carbon. I know my car was running rich because of a bad ignition and some wiring problem with the o2 sensors. That has been corrected. Car runs alot better but not 100%. I attribute this to the carbon covered plugs.
Question is, these are ngk iridium plugs with about 2k miles on them, can I clean them up and reuse them or do I need to buy new ones? If I can clean them, whats the best way to do it. Thanks Brian |
