Removing Fuel Rails

How should I go about taking off the fuel rails? I assume some fuel will spill, is there anything I can close or open to minimize fuel loss, or keep it from happening? Are the fuel rails like the fuel filter, meaning when I remove them some fuel will spill but will eventually stop?

And get you some of the plastic fuel line removal tools from Autozone. You'll need those for the 2 lines that attach to the back side of the rail.

It will only help alittle but unscrew your gas cap. That will relieve some pressure.
