Rear Suspension Sags to Passenger Side

The rear suspension on my '94 TA is sagging to the passenger side by at least 1.5 inches (measured at rear fender wells). The car has the original springs and only has 27,000 miles on it and is usually stored for up to 5 months a year so I am suspecting spring fatigue. Will replacing the 10 year old springs most likely resolve this problem? Or is there other components that would fatigue over time that would cause the car to lean to the passenger side?

Check to see that the spring "buffer" (hard rubber disk) is still in place above your right rear shock. If this was missing, it could account for the height difference.
