Exclamation Really need help with Y-pipe question....

Y pipe is 3", exhaust is 3" EXCEPT the I pipe that goes over the axle. My exhaust guy says he can't bend up a 3" piece to go over the axle - what should I do, just buy a 3"-2 3/4" reducer, buy a new catback, find another exhaust guy - what?? Thanks!

Find a new muffler guy. I had mine done about 4 months ago and it was no problem. It is 3" all the way from the Y pipe back!

what did he charge you?

also what if my muffler is the 2.5" inlet/outlet - and not 3" inlet, 2.5" outlets --- would i be best with a new catback?
