hey guys,

i'm finished with my 355 and i'm just doing small stuff now... bu when i turn the engine over by hand with no headers or spark plugs.... i head this sound comming from the valve springs or valves or something in that area.

only hear it on the compressing springs on the driverside really...

i just had the head fixed from when i curshed it with a bolt between a block... work was done by lloyd's friend...

any idea's what this is gonna mean when i start the car up?

 

What kind of sound is it (maybe edit your post)? Where was the head damage?

 

Are you hearing a pssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh sound? Possibly hearing the compression of the cylinders venting out?
