Puff of white smoke when you get on the gas

Its like a puff of white smoke when you hit the throttle, its only noticable when you hit it hard, does this necessarily mean the head gasket is shot?

If it's just at WOT, I wouldn't worry about it. Be prepared to rebuild in the near future though.

so this is not a head gasket issue? its the WHOLE motor? what is causing the coolant to get into the combustion chamber then?
