Hi Guys!

I have a 1997 Z28 with 80k miles. I am getting vibration at about 60-mph and Up. It is worse in overdrive but you can feel it in 3rd.

No vibration on deceleration!

Can you guys tell me what you think? It don't make a thump like a tranny mount!

I was getting the same thing in my 95. I replaced my badly worn front tires and now I'm good. Just a thought.

 

I have just put a brand new set of tires on it in May of this year.

What would a bad torque converter do or act like?

I think it can be misfire.

 

Anyone else got any thoughts or suggestions.
