power "dies" around 4500ish but comes back at like 5000

power "dies" around 4500ish but comes back at like 5000
when im giviner and the revs climb up to about 4500...i feel somewhat of a "lack of thrust" up until it climbs a bit higher then it pulls again
am i tripping out? or is something up?
