I got oil test results and there was no coolant in my oil but the car is still burning some white steam/smoke out the back. My water pump is also weeping. Do you think I could have a blown head gasket still but have no coolant in the oil?

could be weeping into the combustion chamber, and getting combusted but not enough to mix with coolant. Do a compression test.

If its that small of a weep, I dont think it would show up in a compression test considering it is ok to have all cylinders within 10-15% of each other.

Do you think pulling some spark plugs and looking at them all would give me a clue as to coolant? Would one be cleaner then the others?

Yes.

The plug will normally be noticeably cleaner.

Another thing to try as a compression test may not work:

Take the radiator cap off and start the car. If it erupts, thats your compression leak. If it just starts to swirl around then its fine.
