Ported Intake
 
Hey guys im looking into getting a ported intake but is it really worth it?? Will it make that big of difference?

Most of us don't have ESP, a sig with your set-up would be nice. ;)

Some think it is, some don't. I had mine ported just for the hell of it. If nothing else, it's lighter now, lol. Ben T. did a great job. His name is studytime on here, but he graduated and I haven't heard from him in a while.

Depends on your mods, if you have a stock or bolt-on motor, I would look elsewhere. If you do some work to your heads and add in a more aggressive cam, then a ported intake would be of some benefit.

from the research i have done without ported heads its not much of a gain, it was already a good design
