How much Horsepower could I gain by simply porting and polishing my stock heads? Maybe adding 1.6 RR's also, or are they 1.6 stock?

Originally I bought this car to drive to work.....good mileage. But, with me stock is never good enough......that and I got my *** handed to me by a Mach I several weeks ago. I am looking for some easy ways to fix that problem.


Is it possible to put a Cam in while the engine is still in the car?
and with out opening the a/c system? I know that 134a is cheap, but i do not own a vacuum pump the re charge it.

You can pick them up on ebay for less than $500 (the heads)

 

yes it's possible to change the cam with it still in the car and without touching the ac.

hp on heads and cam varies greatly it all depends on your setup.
