Port & Polish

I have a 94 Z28 I bought 6 months ago. I have slighty modified it. Now I am looking to port and polish my heads along with my intake. I will not be performing this until summer (too cold). I also want valve work, 2.02 intake, 1.6 exhaust. Also considering roller rockers. I am not very familiar with LT1s yet, still into the L98s from my old camaro. Does anybody have any suggestions about this?

Many people on the board will tell you not to run the 2.02/1.60 valves in a stock LT1 head. There just isnt enough material between the valves and it will crack with high RPMs.

There are also tons of options out there when it comes to roller rocker arms. Just run a serch and you would be surprised at the info you can find.

Thanks. What valve size would you use on a stock cam with rr's? Im looking for daily driveability, but some good go at same time.

2.00/1.57s are plenty for stock bottom end.

Never heard of 1.57 for exhaust. I am lookin at the 190cc AFR heads. I am worried what cam would match it. I would like 360-375 at the wheel. I have no other restraints, not even emissions. Can someone recomend a top end suggestion? Any combos for heads and cam? Is it possible to port and polish my heads and have 2.00/1.56 on a slightly bigger cam with matched intake and 1.6 rr's to achieve 360?

I already have ceramic coated MAC's, K&N CAI, 3" Flowmaster
