When i did my engine swap i couldn't figure out why the dipstick was so short. It had two little rivets in it and i figured that is where you filled it to. Wrong. After dumping a couple quarts of tranny fluid over the highway i took a closer look and found that the dipstick had been broken off at one point and someone did a real nice job of riveting it back together because all that was there were two rivets and no stick. So it is in the tranny i guess but i need a new dipstick nevertheless. Anyone have a part number?
