Plugging EGR vacuum lines?

I'm removing the EGR, and I already did a seach, but couldn't find this info. After getting the blockoff plates and putting a resistor in the harness (2.2k ohm, I think??) What vacuum lines do you need to remove/plug and how do you do this?

Just put a little vacuum cap on the nipple on the side of the intake manifold. Alternately, you could remove the nipple and put in a pipe plug.

He said nipple. :D
I put a plug on mine, did not do the resistor thing but I don,t know if I throw a code or not cause I can,t get the damn tranny in by myself.
I am gonna have to try to do it myself I guess. :(
Wish me luck.
