Re: Plug fouled now??
I pulled the plug today. When the plug came out of the hole it dropped about a foot to the ground and when I picked it up and inspected it the gapping on it was, well, lets just say there wasnt hardly any gap at all. Now, I dont beleive dropping the plug 1 foot would cause the electrode to get bent that much, so I am thinking thats how it was when it was in the car. The threads on the plug were wet and the plug did smell of fuel. I let it dry and re-gapped it and stuck it back in and when I started it up I thought I could tell a differance in exhaust tone, it seems to be deeper now and less raspy. The vibration seems to have been reduced so I think this might have been my problem. Peace, Dustin.
