Is the check engine light coming on?
It may be as simple as a clogged fuel filter.........

Mine had a similar problem of dying but only when taking sharp turns. Ended up being a bad battery. I would check your battery and battery terminals. Make sure theyre free of corrosion and tight.

You can check to see if it is the fuel pump by putting a pressure tester on it when it won't start. Obviously, the only time you can find an intermittent problem is when it is happening. You just have to keep proving and ruling things out until you find it. Put a fuel pressure test gauge in the car so someone can hook it up and look at it next time it dies.

It also could be an overheated electrical component. My bet is the fuel pump, though.
