I had a plug wire that was arching over the spark plug. So i thought new wire got a new wire same thing so i got a new plug and still the same thing.

You can see the spark going right over the white part of the plug and grounding on the nut part of the plug...

the plug is clean the the wires are brand new...WHY would it do this?
