Pacesetter Longtubes for LT1???

I just recently saw a pair of longtube headers made by pacesetter for the LT1. Has anyone else seen this? I know they make them for the LS1, so I'm making sure it wasn't a misprint. I wonder how well these work, and how well they fit (seeing that these are made by pacesetter).

No they just started making Pacesetter LT's for LT1's a couple of months ago...if they work anything like the LS1 sets then they'll be a real decent set of headers...

I have heard several things about them and it looks like you will be able to get coated pacesetters for 400 and the y-pipe for around 175 to 200. These are quotes a local shop has given me and he said he wont be able to get any until after the start of the year. That is what I heard and do not know how true it is. I know the should be released real soon and they will be alot cheaper than Hookers and other comparable brands. We will have to wait and see!

Interesting deal...doesn't sound too bad...though after getting that no-name coating you'd be paying about the same price as you'd be paying for a nice set of used coated LT headers with provem #'s...

The $125 for the Y seems like a good deal...

For the price I don't think you could of beat them. I would have brought them if I knew they were available instead of the Eddie Shorties. Pipe is pipe in my opinion.

Yeah, I would like to know about these headers, too. Looks like they are slip fit collector(ggod for lowered cars) and you could always get them cheap, and send the to jet hot for coating.

If the quality of thier longtubes is ANYTHING like the quality of their shorties I would steer WAY away from them, I've installed a set in a friends car, and had another friend install a set in his car, both sets were scratched when we recieved, the emission parts didn't hookup because the threads were wrong for the AIR system, it didn't have a spot to hook up the EGR , the y pipe didn't fit right etc etc etc, we spent longer installing those shorties than I did installing my TPIS longtubes by myself.
