over heating issue and tunning question

Long story short got the car back was told it was ready to come pick up the company never ran it for more than 40 seconds to find out it has a over heating issue and the day before I got there they dropped the lap top and didn't have extra days to stay down there trailered it home. I need to know if there are any places in florida that can tune a lt1 with the holly hp efi system in it and second question why would it be over heating fan set to come on at 190 and off at 180 has griffin 3 inch core radiator I can feel the fans pulling air through radiator even removed the 180 deg theromostat and I shut it down when it got up to 200. The coolant cross over pipe has a small dent but could feel air out the other side,I finally found a new one and I'm going to put a new water pump on it in a couple weeks the new one on it now is seaping out of the back where the splined drive is everything is new except the cross over pipe which I'm going to change any thing you can think of will help.oh yea air dam is installed and will run hot sitting or driving and with heat on also.thanks for your help

Re: over heating issue and tunning question

Has the air been bleed out of the system? If it has not done yet, you will have problems. Not hard to do if you want to try it yourself. Not everyone knows to do this after removing the coolant or working on the motor.
