Opti ?

Will a 95 LT1 OPTI DIST work on a 94 LT1?Both are vented.

If the 94 was already converted to a 95+ vented, then yes. If the 94 merely has vents added to it, then no. 94 did not come with the vented opti.

Is the 94 OPTI as prone to water damage as I've heard some are?Does the 94 break as much as other years?

If it is well sealed, it will last quite a while. The vented ones provide extra insurance in case any moisture does get inside. You can have good and bad ones in any of the years.
