I would like to post a warning to everyone.. the night of the 24th my car was left at my school over night next to the building under a camera because i was doing trans work. The back hatch was shattered with a giant rock, subs are gone(2 12" rockford fosgate HE2 punchs) amp gone(840 power acoustic) coutom box gone, head unit gone(alpine)center councle trashed, dash trashed, spolier cracked, both quater panels damaged. bumper damaged... yeah basicly they ****ed up my ride roaly... they left me the rock though(1foot by 1/2 foot) I'm gonna seriously kill someone... and i don't have the cash for this crap

thanks, they have to replace... 2 subs, amp, camaro box, head unit, center counsoul, dash, pass seat bracket, pass. quater panel, rear spoler, rear hatch, rear hactch glass, the two plastic pieces that go in the back there(covers the spare and oppisit side), bumper, and paint it all

 

maybe i missed something but if its under a camera cant you see who did it?

 

yeah I though that that was gonna play bigger role in this discussion....Kinda got left out. Seriously though your school should have security or atleast you should be able to file a complaint and atleast get to see the video camera. Hope you filled out a police report.

i dont know how big your town is in Indiana, but in my town (~50K pop.) word gets around, i am sure you find out who did that crap, b/c i found out who rolled my car (i know, not anything big ) after a week. Hope your ride is back to normal soon!

 

do get technical there are 11 camera's in that lot.. just so happens n omajor lights.. which means( i watched all 11 tapes) you can see cars come and go due to there head lights, but you can't get plates... i narrowed it down from the tapes and discovered that 3 guys came in on foot.. two at 4:11.12 and the another at 4:11.54 now you can't see them go to the car because no camera is looking at the acctuly car, just around, but you can see them leave about 7 mins later in one group with what looks to be large objects in there hands... yeah thats not strange.. anyways you can't id anyone too dark.. but someone i know says they know but can't say due to theiur own safety. BUT him and his buddies are going on a little raid because they know where everything is stached so if they do know, i'll have my stuff back by monday

 

Something like that happend to my truck. It was keyed in the parking lot at work. I worked for a major computer company, so there are cameras everywhere. It just so happens that on this day the cameras were being updated so no film was taken that day. Estimates were $2000 to get repainted, but someone T-Boned me a couple of days later so i got it fixed for free. Why some jerks want to mess with a mans ride is beyond me.

 

After the first time I got vandalized, I switched my insurance coverage on Comprehensive to $0 deductible. It costs 20-40 more per year, but well worth. Next time I get vandalized (hopefully never) it won't cost me a dime.

 

That sounds like a good idea.. what insurance does everyone use? mines an arm a a leg.. i was just woundering what everyone else had
